For approved channels, AI can prepare the first reply to an inbound customer message — price, availability, delivery — and qualify the lead. Approve-mode ships a draft for a human to send; autonomous mode (opt-in, behind safeguards) can send it directly.

Frequently asked questions

Does AI ever send messages to my customers on its own?
Only if you turn on autonomous mode for the AI seller. By default it is approve-mode: a human reviews and sends every reply. Autonomous mode is opt-in, rolled out in shadow first, capped, and hands off on low confidence.
Can AI change my CRM data without me?
No. Both the in-CRM AI Manager and the MCP server run reads freely but treat every write as a confirm-before-run proposal — a person approves the action, and it is recorded in the audit trail.
Which AI models power this?
The Anthropic API, running on top of Obriym's existing permission-checked server operations. There are no self-hosted models, and AI never bypasses your workspace roles.
What does AI cost?
AI is a paid-plan capability metered on monthly AI credits. The Free plan includes no AI credits; Team and Scale include a monthly allowance.
