One scenario — one checklist
After sign-up your workspace is created automatically, and the CRM asks how you sell: online store and marketplaces, Instagram and messengers, or B2B sales. The dashboard then shows a checklist for your scenario: it reads the real state of the workspace and highlights one next step. The steps below are that checklist, so you know the whole path in advance.
Scenario 1
Online store or marketplaces
Orders, catalog, stock, payment and delivery. The first-week goal is a working store loop: a channel connected, products in the catalog, the first order processed.
- 01
Sign up
Email or Google — the workspace is created automatically, with no demo data. On the dashboard, pick the "Online store or marketplaces" scenario.

- 02
Fill in your business profile
Company name and details. They are inserted automatically into the invoices, delivery notes and acts you will create from orders.
Settings → Workspace
- 03
Connect your first sales channel
A WooCommerce store, OLX listings, a Telegram bot or the universal webhook. The "Test connection" button immediately shows the connection is alive. Channel adapters are part of the Team and Scale plans — Team has a free 10-day trial.
Settings → Integrations
- 04
Add or import your products
Manually, via CSV — or in one click from a connected store or marketplace: existing products link by SKU, new ones arrive as drafts for review.
Catalog → Products
- 05
Take your first order
It arrives from the connected channel by itself; or create one manually. The order deducts stock on its own, and the invoice and delivery note are created straight from it.
Orders
- 06
Invite your team
A manager sees orders, channels and conversations; settings and connections stay with the owner. Roles: owner, manager, viewer, developer.

Scenario 3
B2B and service sales

What you can connect today
Connect directly: a WooCommerce store, OLX listings and conversations, a Telegram bot, Nova Poshta (waybills and tracking), Hutko and WayForPay payments, the universal webhook for Zapier, Make or n8n — plus the MCP server for your AI assistant. The website lead form and the REST API are ready for any plan with the matching access.
Prom, Rozetka, Shopify, Amazon and eBay are in beta: connectable today, but not yet verified by us end-to-end on a live account. Instagram/Meta and LinkedIn are awaiting platform approval. The current status of every channel is always visible on the integrations page.
All integration statusesWhat is free and what needs a paid plan
- Free is a trial-grade plan: the full CRM and catalog with small record limits, one website lead form and one outbound webhook. No card required.
- Connecting marketplaces, messengers, delivery and payments, the REST API, MCP and AI are part of the Team and Scale plans. Team has a free 10-day trial.
- The price is fixed per workspace, not per user — your team inside the workspace does not pay for seats separately.
Common questions about starting
How long does it take to start?
Sign-up takes about a minute and the workspace is created automatically. Connecting the first channel takes 10–20 minutes following the step-by-step guide on that integration's page. From there, orders and messages arrive on their own.
Do I have to migrate data manually?
No. Products import from a connected store or marketplace in one click, existing leads and contacts come in via CSV import, and orders start flowing from channels right after connecting.
Is it safe to connect a live store?
Yes. Right after connecting, the CRM only reads data. Every write direction to a marketplace is off by default: only the workspace owner can enable it, and only after a dry run that shows exactly what would change.
Do I need a card to start?
Not for the Free plan. The 10-day Team trial is activated with card verification, as described on the pricing page.
My channel is not on the list — what now?
Connect it through the universal webhook (Zapier, Make, n8n) or directly via the REST API — both paths land in the same leads and orders. And write to us: the roadmap is shaped by customer requests.

Scenario 2
Instagram and messengers
Selling through conversations. The first-week goal: no enquiry gets lost — every message becomes a lead that someone answers.

Take your first enquiry
A buyer's message automatically becomes a lead, and the whole conversation collects in the Inbox — you reply right from the CRM. AI drafts the reply from your catalog and the conversation; you always send it.
