Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions explain how to request deletion of the data Obriym CRM receives and stores on your behalf through the Meta integration (Facebook and Instagram), in line with Meta Platform Terms and the Facebook Developer Platform Policy. They apply only to data obtained via Meta. For all other data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What This Page Covers
Obriym CRM is a sales and e-commerce CRM platform. When a workspace owner connects a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account, the platform may receive data from Meta to create and manage leads and conversations inside that workspace.
This page tells you exactly which Meta-sourced data we hold, how to have it deleted, and how long deletion takes.
2. Data We Receive From Meta
After you connect a Meta account, we may receive and store the following, scoped to the connecting workspace:
- Account and Page identifiers (Facebook user ID, Page ID, Instagram account ID) and public display names
- Lead form submissions from Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads (name, email, phone, and the answers the person provided)
- Messages and conversation metadata from connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that we turn into CRM leads and activities
- Access tokens issued by Meta, stored securely and used only to operate the integration you enabled
We never receive your Facebook password. We do not use Meta-sourced data for advertising and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
3. How to Request Deletion
You can delete your Meta-sourced data in any of the following ways.
Option A — In Obriym CRM (self-service)
Sign in and open Settings → Developers → Platform Adapters, then disconnect the Meta adapter. Disconnecting revokes the stored access tokens. To remove records already created from Meta data, delete the relevant leads, contacts, and activities, or delete the entire workspace (Settings → Workspace → Danger Zone), which permanently erases all workspace data within 30 days.
Option B — Remove the app on Facebook
On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select Obriym CRM, and remove it. Removing the app revokes our access and signals us to delete the data we received from your account.
Option C — Email us
Send a deletion request to the address below from the email associated with your account, and include your Facebook user ID, Page ID, or Instagram account so we can locate the data. We will action the request and confirm by email.

4. What We Delete and How Long It Takes
On a valid request we revoke the stored Meta access tokens immediately and permanently delete the Meta-sourced personal data (lead submissions, messages, and Meta account identifiers) we hold for you within 30 days.
Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer identify a person, and minimal records we are legally required to keep (for example, security and audit logs), may be retained for the period described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Confirmation
When you submit a deletion request by email, we confirm receipt and notify you by email once deletion is complete. If you removed the app on Facebook, no further action is required from you.
