Before you connect
Does every marketplace support the same workflow?
No. Order import, buyer messages, listing publication, stock updates and shipping features vary by channel. Open a channel’s page for its current capabilities and limits. The animation illustrates a workflow, not a promise that every step is automatic on every marketplace.
Will connecting overwrite my existing products?
Outbound catalog changes are off by default. Imports link matching products and put new items up for review. Supported price and stock updates require a preview and your approval to enable the direction.
Does Obriym build or host my online store?
This CRM manages the work behind your store. Your existing storefront stays where it is. Connect a supported platform, or use the API on an eligible plan.
Can I try it before choosing a paid plan?
