Publishing a product to OLX — with the limits stated
You can send a catalog product to OLX as a listing: the CRM suggests the category, collects the required attributes, and shows you what is missing before anything is sent. The limits to know up front: the ad is created as a draft and you finish publishing it in your own OLX account — there is no publish button in the CRM yet. If your account is out of free postings, OLX returns the ad as "limited" and it is activated with a paid OLX packet (charged by OLX, not by the CRM). Editing or taking down an already-published ad from the CRM is not built yet either. This is deliberately left to later versions — day-to-day work with conversations and leads does not depend on it.

Add the OLX adapter
Settings → Integrations → Platform Adapters → OLX. All it needs is a name.

You will be sent to the OLX sign-in. Note: it links whichever account your browser is already signed in to — for a different one, sign out of OLX or use a private window.

The test button shows which account is linked. After that leads and messages arrive on their own — no manual checking.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reply to the buyer from the CRM?
Yes. The thread is two-way: the buyer's messages and your replies are stored as one conversation in the inbox and on the lead. You can attach an image or file, and generate a draft reply with AI. One platform limit: OLX requires message text, so an attachment is sent together with it — a photo on its own will not go. There is no such limit inbound: a photo from the buyer with no caption arrives in the CRM fine.
Will I see the buyer's email or phone?
OLX does not expose buyer contacts through its API — that is the platform's privacy design, not a CRM limitation. So the lead is created from the buyer's name, and a phone number is captured only when the buyer typed it into the message.
How quickly does an enquiry reach the CRM?
OLX has no webhooks, so the CRM polls it every 15 minutes. That means a delay of up to a quarter of an hour — instant delivery is not something the platform allows.
What happens when I convert the lead?
The conversation is treated as finished and leaves the inbox, but the thread is not deleted — it stays on the lead record. The next message from that same buyer opens a new lead that links back to the previous one, so a fresh enquiry never gets mixed into an old one.
