Obriym is an approved Amazon SP-API developer. You connect your own Amazon seller account with Login with Amazon — no passwords are shared with the CRM — and the workspace reads seller, marketplace and non-PII order data through the official API. It launches in the EU region.

Secure connection and verification run in the EU sandbox today. Order and inventory sync into the shared pipeline follows once production is verified end-to-end with a real seller account. No buyer PII is requested.

Create the Amazon adapter
In Settings → Developers → Platform adapters, add an Amazon integration.

Authorize your seller account
Click Connect and approve in Amazon Seller Central; encrypted SP-API tokens are stored for your workspace.

Verify SP-API access — the CRM shows your seller id, region and marketplaces.
Frequently asked questions
Do you see buyer personal data?
No. The integration requests only non-PII roles (Selling Partner Insights, Inventory & Order Tracking). Buyer names, addresses and messaging are not requested.
Which region is supported?
The EU region at launch (UK/DE/FR/IT/ES sellers). Other regions follow.
Are my Amazon credentials safe?
You authorize through Login with Amazon; the CRM stores encrypted per-seller tokens and never shows or logs them.
