Новий кейс: як магазин на 2 000 SKU звів залишки з трьох маркетплейсів в один склад.

LinkedIn is where a B2B buyer checks you out before they write. That is why the post usually needs its own voice — different language, different length, different reason to care. Obriym keeps every channel in one post and gives LinkedIn its own text variant, without rewriting from scratch.

This is a one-way channel — and we say so plainly

The CRM publishes to LinkedIn but does not read inbound messages from it and creates no leads: LinkedIn does not expose inbox content to apps, and that is the platform's limit, not ours. If you need leads from conversations, that is Instagram, Telegram or Facebook Messenger, which the CRM reads in full. LinkedIn plays exactly one role here: a place to publish.

What the adapter does

Post as your company

Publish to a company page or your own profile — you choose the author when connecting.

Text within LinkedIn's limit

Its own text variant with a counter against the real 3,000-character limit.

Images

A photo or a generated banner is uploaded to LinkedIn and attached to the post.

Scheduled publishing

Pick a date and time — the CRM publishes for you, checking the queue every 15 minutes.

One post, every channel

LinkedIn does not live on its own: in the post you enable the channels you want and each gets its own text variant. Duplicate protection is per channel — once LinkedIn has received the post, publishing again never sends it twice.

Connecting

  1. 1

    Add the LinkedIn adapter

Settings → Integrations → Platform Adapters. Enter a name only — no manual tokens.

  2. 2

    Click “Connect LinkedIn”

The CRM redirects to LinkedIn's official page and stores the access encrypted.

  3. 3

    Choose the publishing author

Your profile or a company page you administer. The CRM never picks the author for you.

  4. 4

    Publish a post

Create a post in Marketing → Publications, enable LinkedIn and hit Publish — or schedule it for later.

How it works technically

  • Connected through LinkedIn's official OAuth — no password is entered into the CRM
  • Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM)
  • Publishing goes through the official versioned Posts API
  • Images go through the Images API (register the upload, then send the file)
  • The link to the published post is kept in the CRM

Frequently asked

Can I publish as a company page?

Yes — if you administer the page. Technically it requires the app to be approved into LinkedIn's Community Management API; until then LinkedIn offers only the personal profile in the consent, and the CRM says so honestly.

Does the adapter create leads from LinkedIn?

No. LinkedIn does not expose inbound messages to apps, so the channel is one-way: the CRM publishes, it does not read.

How many images can I attach?

In this slice the first image is attached to the LinkedIn post. Publishing several images in one post needs the separate MultiImage API — that is planned.

What about scheduling?

A post can be set for a specific date and time. The CRM checks the queue every 15 minutes and publishes to every enabled channel at once.

Run LinkedIn alongside your other channels

One post, its own variant per network, published on schedule.
