Customer portal

Your counterparty sees their invoices, orders and balance — without calling a manager

The client company's accountant signs in with a code from their mailbox, no password. They see exactly what concerns their company: documents with payment and signature state, orders with the waybill, the balance owed per currency. With your permission, they order from your price list at their own discount.

How access opens

Access is your decision, not a separate account

The cabinet is tied to a company in your CRM. A person gets access to that company's documents, not a password to your system — and you take that access away with one click.

  1. 1

    Step 1

You invite, or hand out a code

On the company card you enter the accountant's address — an invitation goes out in your workspace's name. Or you print a join code on the invoice and the client asks for access themselves.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    The client proves their mailbox

Instead of a password — a six-digit code by email. It works once, lives a few minutes and burns after a few wrong attempts. There is no password to steal or forget. If the client already has an Obriym account at that address, the cabinet opens right inside their CRM — no code.

  3. 3

    Step 3

You approve and set the terms

A request made with a code opens only after your "Approve". Right there: the company's discount and the "Allow ordering" switch — the price list is visible only to the people you opened it to.

  4. 4

    Step 4

The client works on their own

Documents, orders, payments and the supplier card — in a cabinet of their own. Revoke the access and it disappears on the next request, with no forgotten accounts left behind.

What the client sees

Exactly what concerns their company — and nothing from your workspace

Documents with payment and signature state

Invoices, acts, delivery notes, proposals and contracts — no drafts, nothing voided. Next to each: paid or not, signed in Vchasno or still waiting. The signed original downloads from the same place. The client is emailed about every new document the moment you issue it.

Paying an invoice

Create a payment link in the CRM and a "Pay invoice" button appears on the invoice page in the cabinet. The money goes to your account at the payment provider, and the payment lands on that order.

Orders with the waybill

Confirmed orders with their lines, status and waybill number. A tracking link appears only where the carrier genuinely supports one.

Balance per currency

"Balance due" follows the same rule as your CRM: only confirmed orders, only settled payments. Different currencies are never added into one figure.

Ordering from your price list

Once you allow it — search in the price list, a cart, a comment, "Send". The client sends only the product and the quantity; the name, SKU and discounted price come from your catalog, never from the browser. Changed their mind before you confirm? They cancel it themselves, and the stock goes back.

Product materials and dropshipping

A reselling partner takes the product's photos, videos, texts and specifications for their own store, and can have an order shipped straight to their own customer — under your waybill.

Statement and self-service payment

A reconciliation statement from the recorded history start, with opening balances, advances, returns and corrections per currency; PDF for two signatures and a Pay button when the order's balance is clear.

Messages and returns

The client writes to you straight from the cabinet — the message lands in your Inbox beside your other channels, and your reply reaches their cabinet and their email. From the same place they ask to return goods from a shipped order; what goes back on the shelf and whether money is refunded is your call when the parcel arrives.

Wholesale prices and saved recipients

“From 24 pcs — cheaper”: the cart shows the wholesale price as soon as the quantity reaches it, and the client gets the better of the two — the wholesale price or their own discount. A partner shipping to their own customers picks a saved recipient instead of typing the address every time.

What you control

Every access is a separate decision on the company card

The portal does not live in settings: everything that concerns one client sits on that client's card in the CRM — beside the documents, orders and history.

  • Access per email address: invite, approve a request, revoke
  • A company discount, applied to every line of its portal orders
  • "Allow ordering" per person; without it the price list is invisible
  • One join code per company; replace it and the old one stops at once
  • Every action in the audit log, and a client's request as a notification to the owner and managers
  • Wholesale prices “from N pcs” — on the product card, per currency; your site and marketplaces keep selling at the regular price
  • Your workspace logo — in the client's cabinet, so they see at once whose cabinet it is

An honest boundary

The portal does

  • Gives the client company a code-based sign-in and shows only its documents, orders and payments
  • Reads the same immutable settlement journal as your CRM, including company advances and received returns, per currency
  • Accepts orders from the price list at your catalog's prices and with your discount
  • Shows the signature state through Vchasno and hands over the signed original
  • Takes messages and return requests — the stock and money decisions stay yours

The portal does not replace

  • A shop buyer's cabinet — they already have one on your storefront
  • Your accounting system — the portal shows your own documents, it does not keep the books
  • Signing a document on the counterparty's behalf — a person signs in Vchasno
  • Exact stock levels — the client sees "in stock", not your quantity

Common questions about the customer portal

Does the client need a password?
No. The client enters their email and receives a six-digit code. The code works once, lives a few minutes and burns after a few wrong attempts — so there is no password to reset, store or take away when an accountant leaves.
Does the client see my prices?
Only once you have switched on "Allow ordering" for that person. Access to documents does not open the price list. Exact stock levels are never shown — only "in stock" or "out of stock".
Can several people from one company have access?
Yes. Each address is a separate access you invite and revoke independently. The discount belongs to the company and is the same for all its people; permission to order is switched on per person.
What does the client see of a draft or a voided document?
Nothing. Only issued documents reach the cabinet; drafts and voided ones stay your internal business. An order you have not confirmed yet is not shown either — except the one the client placed themselves.
What happens when I revoke access?
This supplier's cabinet disappears for the client on the next request. Their account remains — they may have access to other suppliers on Obriym — but they no longer see your documents. A join code never restores revoked access: the client can only ask again.
Does the portal count against my plan?
Yes, the number of granted accesses depends on the workspace plan. A client's request made with a code takes no seat until you approve it.

Fewer "could you resend the invoice" calls

Open the client's documents to them in five minutes

Fill in your requisites, invite the accountant from the company card — and they will see the next invoice themselves, with its payment and signature state.
