Terms of Service

Effective date: June 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or accessing Obriym CRM ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"You" refers to the individual registering for the Service or the legal entity on whose behalf that individual registers. If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Obriym CRM is a software-as-a-service platform for managing customer relationships, sales pipelines, e-commerce operations, and team workflows. The Service includes:

  • CRM workspace with leads, contacts, companies, and deals
  • Product catalog and order management
  • Public REST API and JS widget for external integrations
  • Platform adapters for e-commerce stores
  • Team collaboration with role-based access control

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@obriym.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Workspace and Data

Upon registration, a workspace is automatically created for your account. All data within a workspace — leads, contacts, orders, customers — is fully isolated from other workspaces. You own your workspace data.

You may invite team members to your workspace and assign roles (Owner, Manager, Viewer). You are responsible for the actions of users you invite.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications through lead capture forms or API endpoints
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or system resources
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to store sensitive personal data without appropriate consent from data subjects
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt denial-of-service attacks

6. API and Integrations

API tokens and widget keys grant access to your workspace data. You are responsible for keeping these credentials secure. Revoke and rotate tokens immediately if they are compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend API access if usage violates these Terms or causes harm to other users or the Service infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Obriym CRM and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Obriym CRM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your workspace data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you the opportunity to export it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify workspace owners by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
