Customer account

A personal account for your customers — even if your store has no website.

Olena gets a link in a chat, opens myata.obriym.app and sees it all herself: whether the order is confirmed, whether the payment arrived, where the parcel is and where the receipt is. She messages the store, asks for a return, reorders in one tap. No password, no app, under your store's name.

MessageOrder again

Who it is for

Four situations anyone who sells online will recognise.

  • Social media and messengers

You sell in DMs and have no website

After paying, the customer has nothing but a chat with your manager — so she writes again: "when will you ship?". Now you reply with one link: status, payment, tracking and receipt on one page carrying your store's name.

Fewer repeat questions in your DMs

  • Website without accounts

You have a website but no account area

A landing page or a store built on a site builder takes orders but cannot show a customer their history. Add "My account" to the menu — sign-in, accounts and orders run in the CRM, no rebuilding the site.

An account area with no development

  • Repeat purchases

    Products people buy again

Cosmetics, pet food, coffee, consumables. The customer opens a past order and taps "Order again": the items come in at today's prices, and the order reaches you to confirm.

A repeat sale in one tap

  • Your team

Managers drowning in "where is my order?"

The customer sees payment, delivery and documents on her own. And if she still has a question, her message from the account lands in your inbox already tied to the order — no more "what was your order number?".

Replies with context, not an interrogation

What is inside

Everything about an order on one page, not across five messages.

Status in plain words

Received, confirmed, shipped, delivered — a progress line anyone understands.

Pay in one tap

If the order is not paid yet, a Pay button goes straight to your payment provider's checkout.

Delivery and tracking

The waybill number with a link to the carrier's tracking page.

Receipt and documents

The fiscal receipt, invoice or delivery note always at hand — no more "could you send it again?".

Message the store

The question lands in your inbox, and your reply reaches the customer on the page and by email.

Returns

Within 14 days of delivery the customer picks the items and a reason. Stock does not move until you accept the goods.

Order again

A past order at today's prices — the new order waits for your confirmation.

Profile and addresses

Name, phone and up to 10 saved addresses, so the next order takes less time.

Under your name

Customers see your store, not someone else's service.

The account looks like part of your brand: your address, your name, your logo. Obriym stays a quiet line at the very bottom.

myata.obriym.app

  • Your own address such as myata.obriym.app — for your Instagram bio, a manager's signature or a card in the parcel
  • Your store's name and logo at the top of the account; the seller's details at the bottom of the page
  • Sign-in codes and order emails come from your store's name
  • Sign-in with an email code: no passwords to forget and no apps to install
  • Comfortable on a phone and a computer, in light and dark themes, in Ukrainian and English
  • One store's account shows only that store's orders

How to start

Three steps — and the first link is with your customer.

  1. 01Switch on

    The account in settings

Switch on the order page and the customer account. Each customer action — messaging, asking for a return, paying — you switch on separately.

  2. 02Name it

    Address and name

Pick an address such as myata.obriym.app, write your store's name for customers and add a logo. The seller's details fill the footer by themselves.

  3. 03Share it

    A link to the customer

From the order card the link goes to the chat the customer already writes in, to her email or by SMS. Put the account's address in your Instagram bio or your website menu.

Honest limits

The account does

  • Shows orders created in your CRM, and orders from your website if you switch that on
  • Takes payment through your payment provider
  • Accepts messages and return requests — the decision stays yours
  • Creates a repeat order that waits for your confirmation

The account does not

  • Show marketplace orders — the marketplace gives the customer its own account
  • Act as a storefront: there is no catalogue, only past purchases can be ordered again
  • Ask for a password — sign-in is by email code only
  • Run on your store's own domain — for now only on name.obriym.app

Frequently asked questions about the customer account

Do I need a website?
No. The account lives on your store's address such as myata.obriym.app — put it in your Instagram bio, a manager's signature or a card in the parcel. If you do have a website, simply add the link to its menu.
How does a customer sign in?
She enters her email and receives a six-digit code sent in your store's name. The first sign-in is the sign-up: no passwords and no apps.
Which orders will the customer see?
All of her orders in your store with the same email — on the order itself or on her contact card in the CRM. She sees neither marketplace orders nor anyone else's.
What if the customer does not want to sign in?
A link to one specific order is enough: it opens without signing in, with her name and phone partly hidden on the page.
How much does it cost?
The single-order page works on every plan, on the free plan for a limited number of orders. The account with sign-in is included in the Team and Scale plans at no extra charge.
What do I control?
Each customer action — messaging, asking for a return, paying — you switch on separately. Returns and repeat orders come to you for a decision, and stock never moves without you. Switch the account off and it closes at once.

Less "where is my order?"
