Product analytics without theatre

See which products actually create revenue

Obriym brings completed sales into one report: revenue, units, orders, average order value, trend and ranking by brand, category or SKU. Zero periods stay visible and currencies never get mixed.

Revenue = price × quantity after line discount for confirmed, processing, shipped and delivered orders in the workspace currency; pending, cancelled and refunded orders are excluded. This is not profit: cost and partial returns are not deducted here. Brand/category use the product's current catalog assignment; 96% of order lines are linked to the catalog.

From chart to decision

The report answers concrete business questions

01

What sells the most?

The ranking sorts the top 12 by revenue and shows units alongside it. The toggle changes the dimension without changing the period.

02

Does the business depend on three items?

Top-three concentration exposes how much revenue depends on a few brands, categories or SKUs.

03

Where were the gaps?

The trend fills days, weeks or months without sales with zero, so the line does not hide pauses between orders.

04

How well are sales classified?

The report shows the share of order lines linked to the catalog, explaining how much revenue can be attributed reliably to brand and category.

One revenue number, three useful views

Brand

Compare manufacturers

See which brand creates the most revenue and how many units sit behind that amount.

Category

Evaluate assortment structure

Find strong product groups and categories that occupy attention but produce few sales.

SKU

Reach the exact item

Name and SKU come from the sales snapshot, so the historical line survives later catalog edits.

How it is calculated

A clear data contract instead of attractive ambiguity

Included

  • Orders that are confirmed, processing, shipped or delivered
  • Revenue after each order-line discount
  • Only the active workspace currency
  • 30, 90 or 365-day periods

Never mixed or invented

  • Pending, cancelled and fully refunded orders
  • Amounts in another currency
  • Margin or profit without historical cost snapshots
  • Partial returns until exact line-level accounting exists

Need a deeper cut? Export CSV

One button exports all three dimensions — brand, category and SKU — with order count, units, revenue and currency, ready for further work in your spreadsheet.

Sales analytics questions

Is this revenue or profit?
It is revenue after order-line discounts. Obriym does not call it profit because the current purchase price is not a trustworthy historical cost snapshot for the moment of sale.
Which orders appear in the report?
Confirmed, processing, shipped and delivered orders. Pending, cancelled and fully refunded orders are excluded.
What happens to a period with no sales?
It stays on the chart with a zero value. The 30-day view uses days, the 90-day view uses weeks, and the 365-day view uses months.
Where do brand and category come from?
From the current product record when the order line is linked to the catalog. Name and SKU come from the sale snapshot. The report shows the linked-line percentage so the accuracy boundary remains visible.

Decisions grounded in facts

Stop guessing what drives sales

Connect your catalog to actual orders and get a useful report without manually reconciling brands, categories and SKUs.
