Add the Meta adapter
In Settings → Developers → Platform Adapters, add Meta. No secret to paste — the account links via OAuth.

Connect Instagram
Click Connect Instagram and authorize your Instagram Business account. The CRM stores a long-lived token for your workspace.

Questions
Do I need a Facebook Page?
You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. The connection uses Instagram Business Login directly — Facebook Pages support is coming to the same Meta connection.
What does the CRM capture from a message?
The lead carries the message text and the Instagram sender, with source=instagram. A phone or email is added later when the customer shares it.
Is two-way replying included?
Phase one captures incoming DMs and comments as leads. Replying from inside the CRM (a full Instagram inbox) is on the roadmap.
What about Messenger and WhatsApp?
They are part of the Meta umbrella and are coming next. When they launch you enable the channel on your existing Meta connection.
