Threads
Replies under your Threads posts become leads in the CRM
Available
Publish a product straight from its card, or a post from Publications. When someone asks under the post about a colour or delivery, the question appears in the Inbox next to your other conversations — and you answer from there.

The CRM's own reply when stock reached 0
Threads is a conversation under a post: people ask in public, in the replies. So the connection works both ways. The CRM publishes your products and posts, and gathers the replies under them into the Inbox, so no “how much is it?” gets lost among the app's notifications.
What goes out to Threads
Everything is written in the CRM — where your products, prices and stock already are.
A product straight from its card
The name, price and link come from the product card. For the image — up to four product photos, or a generated card with the price.
Posts from Publications
Text, one photo or a carousel of several — right away or at a chosen date and time. The CRM checks the queue every 15 minutes.
Photos without manual conversion
Threads accepts only JPEG and PNG. The CRM converts photos in other formats itself before publishing.
Drafts from the assistant
The AI assistant in the CRM and AI clients such as ChatGPT or Claude over MCP can prepare, schedule and publish the same posts — within the permissions the owner granted.
What comes back to the CRM
Every 15 minutes the CRM checks the replies under your posts from the last 14 days.
- Someone replied under your post
- A lead with that reply appears in the CRM, and the conversation is in the Inbox.
- The same person writes again — under any of your posts
- The reply joins their conversation instead of creating another lead.
- You answer from the Inbox
- The answer goes out publicly under the buyer's message on Threads, up to 500 characters.
- A reply is out of place
- Hide it on Threads straight from the conversation in the CRM — and show it again.
A product sells out — “sold” appears under the post
A published Threads post cannot be changed, so the CRM does not edit it: it replies under it instead — a sold marker when stock reaches zero, and a back-in-stock marker when the product returns. Followers see the current state, and you track nothing by hand.
Good to know up front
These are limits of Threads itself, not of the CRM.
- Private messages do not reach the CRM: Threads gives applications no access to direct messages
- A post's text is up to 500 characters. Threads rejects a longer one rather than trimming it, so the editor shows the limit in advance
- The CRM does not change or delete a published post
- Posts with video are not supported yet
- Only a top-level reply can be hidden — Threads does not allow hiding a nested one
- Replies under posts reach the CRM with a delay of up to 15 minutes
- The sold and back-in-stock replies are written in Ukrainian for now
Connecting
- 01
Sign in to the right Threads account
The browser should have the account open that your posts will go out from.
- 02
Add Threads in the CRM
Settings → Integrations → Threads → “Connect Threads”. Your Threads password is never entered into the CRM: access is granted on Threads' official consent page.
- 03
Test the connection
The CRM reads the profile and shows which account your posts will go out as.
- 04
Publish your first product
Open a product card → Sales channels → Threads. Or create a post in Marketing → Publications and switch Threads on.
Frequently asked questions
- Will private messages from Threads reach the CRM?
- No. Threads gives applications no access to direct messages. The CRM receives the public replies under your posts — which is where people most often ask anyway.
- Do I have to renew access every two months?
- No. The CRM renews access itself while the account is connected. You only reconnect if you revoked access in your Threads settings.
- What if I connected Threads earlier?
- Publishing keeps working. If the connection was made before replies under posts were added, the adapter panel asks you to reconnect the account — that is how Threads grants permission to read the replies.
- Is it free?
- Threads counts as one of the sales channels in your plan. How many channels each plan includes is on the pricing page.

Publish to Threads without losing the questions under your posts
The product goes out from its card, and buyers' replies land in the same Inbox as your other conversations.
